Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Combine all spices together. Mix well.
  3. Rub both sides of the ribs with the spices mixture.
  4. Place ribs on a baking sheet. Pour beer on top of ribs.
  5. Cover baking sheet very tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in oven for 8 hours.
  7. After 8 hours, remove ribs from oven and let cool to room temperature. Discard of liquids but try not to touch or move the ribs too much.
  8. Pour thin layer of BBQ sauce on ribs. Brush sauce on evenly.
  9. Again, cover baking sheet tightly with foil. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  10. When you’re ready to eat ribs the next day, remove from refrigerator and either heat in oven on 400 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes, or grill on medium-low heat for 30 minutes, or until browned.
Recipe Notes

The reason for refrigerating the ribs overnight is that the meat will hold together much better. It will not fall apart when you eat it but will still be so tender. This also lets the dry rub seep into the meat for better flavors. Enjoy!
